How long will my order take to deliver?

Please understand that we take orders around the world, we process your orders as fast as possible. We will email you tracking information once your order is dispatched. Depending on your location, the table below will provide an estimate shipping time.

We only offer free shipping by USPS as of this moment

How secure is your site?

We process payments using the Stripe payment gateway. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of certification. Bradazzle takes security very seriously. All payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud

Can I amend my order?

We process orders at an efficient rate to make sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. You may amend your orders before completing your order. Once your order has been completed, you are unable to make amends.

How do I track my parcel?​

You will be given a the ability to track your parcel through the email Bradazzle will send you when the order is fulfilled. You may also enter your tracking number given to you through email into the USPS tracking site.

What if I received a faulty item?

We apologize if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, send us an email through The Customer Care tab

Where will my order be shipped from?

Our fulfillment center is in the United States

Why have I not received my refund?

It may take up to ​10 business days before your refund appears on your bank statement. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us immediately.

What should I do if I have provided incorrect shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can. Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched​. Should your parcel be returned to sender, please note that we will be required to pass on a subsidies reshipping postage of $5 USD.

Will I have to pay for additional taxes or duties on my order?

You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes applicable to your order.
Please be aware that Bradazzle does not have any control over any duties, customs, and/or taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.

Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if your unsure of the charges.

Why hasn't my discount been applied to the full order?

Please not that active discount codes do not apply to sale items that have been further reduced. Discount code only applies to regular and non-sale items.
